Why did you choose this number?
When i was younger, Michael Jordan was one of my favorite players and when he came out of retirement the first time he wore 45. From then i always liked the number and wanted to build a legacy in it for myself.
Where did your passion for basketball come from?
Growing up i played many different sports, but basketball was immediately my favorite. I grew a passion from being able to play both offense and defense and being active every second of the game. Also living in North Carolina and being a fan of UNC growing up, i loved basketball through watching their rivalry against Duke.
Your favourite Bolognese dish?
I love green lasagna. My wife has made it before and i never knew it was a specialty of the city, but I’m glad it is!
Qualities? Weakness?
Best quality i think is caring for people around me. I take pride in helping the people around me anyway i can.
Weakness is sometimes i think too much when the solution for a problem i am facing is simple.
The unforgettable game that you will always remember? and the one to forget?
The most unforgettable game for me was winning an ACC championship my last season at the university of Miami. We played that game against UNC and were playing in North Carolina. So this entire scenario was a dream come true for me, winning that game and sharing that moment with my team, friends, and family is something i will never forget. The games i want to forget it every one that i lost haha i don’t like losing.
The ideal soundtrack to give you the charge before a game?
Right now that would have to be the album Kirk by DaBaby.

Quando ero più giovane, Michael Jordan era uno dei miei giocatori preferiti e quando si è ritirato la prima volta indossava il 45. Da allora mi è sempre piaciuto questo numero.
Da dove è nata la tua passione per il basket?
Crescendo ho fatto molti sport ma la pallacanestro è stata subito la mia preferita. La mia passione è cresciuta dalla capacità di giocare sia in attacco che in difesa e di essere attivo ogni secondo di gioco. Vivendo anche nel North Carolina ed essendo un fan di UNC, ho imparato ad amare il basket guardando la rivalità contro Duke.
Il tuo piatto bolognese preferito?
Adoro le lasagne verdi. Mia moglie le ha sempre cucinate, ma non immaginavo che fossero una specialità della città, sono molto contento che lo sia!
Pregi? Difetti?
La migliore qualità che penso di avere è quella di prendermi cura delle persone intorno a me. Sono orgoglioso di aiutarle non appena mi capita l’occasione.
La mia debolezza è che a volte penso troppo.
La partita indimenticabile? E quella da dimenticare?
La partita indimenticabile per me è stata vincere un campionato ACC, la mia ultima stagione all’università di Miami. Abbiamo giocato quella partita contro l’UNC e stavamo giocando nel North Carolina. L’atmosfera, il pubblico, mi sembrava di vivere un sogno, e vincere quella partita e condividere quel momento con la mia squadra, i miei amici e la mia famiglia, sarà per sempre un ricordo indelebile. E’ qualcosa che non dimenticherò mai. La partita che voglio dimenticare? tutte quelle che ho perso ,(ride), non mi piace perdere.
